No fee either way — the only question is whether the parcel has left.
The rules in short
Before the parcel leaves
Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any point before dispatch. Handling takes 1-2 business days, so there is usually a window. Email [email protected] with your Order ID and we confirm in writing.
A cancellation that lands after dispatch is really a return. Turn the courier away, or take delivery and start the return process.
Why cancelling early helps
Sealed hygiene items are exactly the goods where cancelling early matters, because once dispatched they cannot come back. Cancel before dispatch and there is no fee and no complication.
Refund timing
The refund on a cancelled prepaid order is issued within 5-7 business days. COD orders cancelled before delivery have no payment to reverse.
When we cancel
We cancel orders too, and for three reasons: the item is not actually available, the delivery address cannot be served, or the listed price was wrong. In each case we write first and refund in full within 5-7 business days.
