Sharing

Sharing follows what an order needs: hosting and network providers, the payment processor, the courier, and whoever provides customer support tools. Beyond that, only where the law requires it. Nothing is sold and nothing goes to advertisers.

We use cookies required for functions such as the shopping cart and checkout. We do not run a third-party analytics or advertising pixel on this site. Our hosting and network providers may set their own technical cookies for security and caching. If additional cookies or services are introduced, this policy will be updated accordingly.

What we do not ask for

We do not ask about skin type, skin condition or any other health information, and none is recorded against an order.

How long we keep it

Retention is tied to purpose: completing the order, handling returns and refunds, meeting accounting requirements, and any applicable legal obligation. There is no marketing list you did not join.

Access, correction and complaints

Write to us to see what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted where no legal duty requires us to keep it. Consent, where it is the basis for processing, can be withdrawn at any time.
